Ya van 4 veces que pido me pongan salsa roja y nunca me hacen caso y aparte mi pollo estaba seco y duro parec�a chicharr�n de pollo definitivamente no vuelvo a pedir en esta tienda dev�n de poner mas atenci�n en lo que el cliente ordena..

This is the 3rd time this location has messed up my order. The first 2 times I didn’t call , The 3rd time I do call, they tell me to come in that they will be more than happy to remake it . I get to the location as soon as I pull into the drive thru Billy the cashier is extremely rude he didn’t realize he left his mic on and was cussing about the customers. the manager was rude as well she told me she couldn’t remake the burrito after they had said they would over the phone . Extremely disappointed.

This location is new, and unfortunately, there is nothing good about my experience here. My food is ALWAYS missing something, and whenever I complain, nothing is ever done to fix the issue. The food is thrown together, portions are extremely small, and even when I ask for extra, it still looks like I’m barely getting a full portion. At first, I thought maybe it was just a one-time issue, but NO—it has happened every time I’ve visited this location. I’ve given it multiple chances, and I’ve had the same experience each time.
