Joana was really sweet in taking my order and did an amazing job accommodating my order
The restaurant was nice and clean with plenty of parking available. You place your order on a screen then they call your order number when it's ready. Staff was friendly. The chicken and beans were good. The rice tasted stale and had an unpleasant texture. This isn't the first time I've noticed this with the rice from El Pollo Loco. The guacamole salsa was delicious. The "spicy" red salsa was lacking flavor.
I like food but I don't like how employee treat using drive through.
Food was just Meh. It's nothing special. Didn't talk to anyone, everything ordered on a kiosk.
