Terrible customer service, employees are rude
just left my local El Pollo Loco, and this was honestly the first time I left feeling super happy with the entire experience. While we were in the drive-thru, their card machine wasn’t working, so we had to come inside to complete the order. Even with that inconvenience, everything went smoothly. Love the food, cleaness, service, Quick Service.
We ordered online, the person who served us refused to give us salsa or guacamole. We asked for drinks and they said they weren't included, even though two orders were a combo. 02/07/26
