I remember having El Pollo Loco meals in California, and it takes me back to my high school days! Thank you for having one in Salt Lake City! (Atmosphere: It gets a bit loud at lunchtime and dinner; therefore, voices echo.)
This place was doing really bad. Food was always wrong and didn't taste good. They changed management and wow! The new management is amazing! Food is back to being delicious and my order is always right now.
Food is great, had the double chicken taco salad. That was really good, but the atmosphere was depressing. Like...not one lively or fun about it at all. Kind of a shame, but I get it.
Our group of 8 arrived at this place in two separate cars. One group made it first and started ordering, when the other group arrived, the doors were locked since dining time was up apparently so they wouldn't allow the remainder of the group inside. We had to ask the friends inside to order to-go and get the food out to us in the parking lot which is RIDICULOUS!
While I don't mind ordering on a kiosk, not having anyone talk to you at all is kind of frustrating.
