The salsa bar was too messy, the soda fountain area was not organized. The food was pretty much consistent with any other pollo loco restaurants.
They take wayyy too long to make food. It is not "fast" food whatsoever. However, everything is very fresh.
Way too busy n no drive thru. Skip it
I love getting a BRC burrito and asking for extra sour cream. Makes the burrito less dry - yum.
