They can never get my order right.Â
It was awful. Location is very dirty I wouldn't go back.Â
All the pollo locos have a bad customer service but this is the worst one. Seriously who runs this businessÂ
Great service!Â
Fast drive thru!Â
This place ALWAYS messed up my order! Please change mgmt!!!Â
good news: tropical habanero is off the hook... bad news: this location is ALWAYS out of either chicken or one side dishÂ
New manager really has cleaned upÂ
This place is ran by kids that are so unprofessional and clearly don't care about their job. Had to wait 30 minutes for my order. Really? How do you run out of chicken?Â
