Pretty disappointing experience at this location. The tables were dirty with food left behind from previous customers, and our 16-piece family meal came with mostly wings instead of a good variety of pieces. The overall food quality was also noticeably lower than other El Pollo Loco locations I’ve been to.
We go here because it's a mom and pop restaurant. They know us and the food is always good.
We didn’t get the tortillas for our order 😡
