Im an IMBECILE for not listening to the other reviews and taking a chance with this location. Sure enough my drive through order was incorrect. This is what they gave me for the "meal for 2" which is obviously supposed to have more than 2 pieces of chicken. I wish i took a pic of the half empty bag of chips that they gave me too which had, not joking, 11 chips in there. I work hard for my money so naturally it is not a great feeling flushing money down the toilet like this.
I really want to love this El Pollo Loco location. I’m a big fan of the chain overall and eat at their restaurants often. I’ve given this specific spot multiple chances over the past year, hoping things would improve, but after repeated visits, I’m officially done. Time and time again there is something missing from the order ,unless I'm inconsiderate to the cars behind me at drive thru and check every item,then my order will be missing something.why is it so hard to check the items on the order and make sure it's in the bag, last time was churros ,this time tortillas
