I still remember the first El Pollo Loco I went to over forty years ago. It was the original store in midtown Los Angeles on Alvarado Street.. it was basically a hole in the wall with real waitresses. Of course the place was always crowded, so we took our food to go. Today I ordered food at that place and the experience was terrible! Everything was very dirty. The bathroom very dirty, the floor in the dining area had a puddle of water that everyone was stepping on as they came in. One of the chairs had a hole in the middle where you supuse to seat and on some tables, the people who had eaten left their trash, and not a single employee bothered to clean it up. I will never go back to that place again.
Very nice staff.. They have kiosks that you can even use your EBT card on very convenient.
Fantastic customer service tonight. I placed a late-night online order and the staff was attentive and efficient. Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly accurate. They had my order ready right on time and packed with care. Grateful to have found a location I can count on from now on.
