Grill chicken is really good
The service is always very slow. There was only one other car in the drive thru and a couple customers inside and I had to wait 5 minutes before I could even place the order. It became clear that the staff inside is all messing around having idle talk with one another. The young lady who took my order could clear see me waiting there as she is just chit chatting with the staff. This place needs management intervention. It’s a shame because I love El Pollo Loco. Very disappointing.
Destini the manager awesome person very professional and helpful and I only order food there because of her definitely deserves a raise
