Finally reduced prices back to normal pollo loco prices, but the place is a disappointment now. Kiosk didn’t give receipt, took almost half an hour to get a pollo bowl, pollo bowl clearly had way less in it than other pollo locos give then opened to find out it was missing food (the pico de gallo), and didn’t have salsas. The only issue that I've been dealing with all fastfood places is due to kiosk, more attention is given to drive thru customers while dining in customers seem to have to wait longer on placing and receiving meals. Plus more fastfood places ignore keeping dining areas clean and all trash cans are full and overflowing.
