I've had multiple bad experiences at this location (soda machine not working, but they will give me water instead, we didn't buy water, things being out, so u don't get the full combo paid for). Today, I ordered a burrito and paid extra for extra sauce. It was slow; there was only one other customer at the time. I saw her make the burrito; she barely put any sauce on it. They’re super slow like 10+ minutes for your order. Plus I received a lot of judgement for ordering ‘a la carte’ They’re rude.
I feel like the portions are a bit smaller compared to normal pollo loco, but maybe that’s just me. Very quick service, I always wait 3 mins max after ordering. Honestly the fasted I’ve ever gotten my food.
The Chicken was Burned. I ordered the Tostada but it was too many lettuce not enough of Chicken. Please as a College Student and many students at CSUN Do Better
