Today at 3 pm February 28th bought a 3 piece meal it came out with hair in the 2 sides and one around the leg it was gross I had to throw up never ever again will buy from any pollo loco ever again
I went to pollo loco near my house there service was been poor lately the three times I been there during January and February they forgot an item or put wrong item such as cilantro dressing for salad instead of Ranch twice. The worst was last night’s chicken bowl both chicken and rice tasted funny from the first bite like an idiot I still ate it as it was my dinner.
