I visited the El Pollo Loco on Avenue L in Lancaster, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The employee who took our order, Jasmine, was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome, and the customer service was poor throughout our visit. On top of that, we waited about 20 minutes for our food, which seemed excessive, especially without any communication or apology for the delay.
