The guy was very attentive
I usually order the Double Chicken Bowl and have never had an issue getting free extra sour cream at this location or any other El Pollo Loco I’ve visited. On my most recent visit, they served a very small portion of sour cream, so I asked for a bit more. The employee refused unless I paid $0.79 cents plus tax for a tiny pump of sour cream.
