stopped by the El Pollo Loco in Lancaster, CA for a quick meal, and my experience was pretty average. The staff was friendly enough, and my order came out in a reasonable amount of time, but the food just wasn’t as fresh as I’m used to from other locations. No real customer service, forced to use kiosk. I'm tired of not getting a smile with service.
Food quality was not that great. Hardly any flavor. Had a street corn burrito bowl and the chicken was pretty bad. Tasted like it was 9 hrs old and had the texture of it also, dried and shriveled. If I hadn't gone through the drive through I would have returned it. I'll never eat this brand again. Made me feel nasty 🤢 Do not recommend
Not what i expected. I order my food the girl forgot some stuff and i didnt get what you i paid for. In my burrito i got lots of cabage not the right amount of chicken and on the tostada lots of letuce not enough chicken.
