hate coming to this pollo loco in the nights never chicken they always tell me chicken is gonna be a wait and it always ends up dry and nasty . Worst attitude from manager in charge and a girl with a pony tail on drive thru with her sarcasm. Change the workers , they look like they don’t even wanna work , even when I come inside they don’t help customers use the kisko they just push you to use it;even old folks . Service, and food quality has gone down .
