Mostly self service. You type in your own order, you tske to your table your self. Food is mediocre and flavorless or it tastes undescribably awful. Was my 1st & last time I would ever eat at this chain.

I've never had a bad experience at this location unil today 8/23/26. Delanie (if this is the girl's name with the blonde & pink hair, Caucasian) and the young African American boy who both need to learn respect at the customer service window. The female "manager" I spoke to as well via phone was unprofessional! All I mentioned when I arrived at the window after ordering was "slow down a bit when you are talking on the speaker" and I receive an attitude, drive through window slammed shut after receiving my order, and continue... read more

You guys have fire grill. Chicken in salads and bowls shouldn’t be whitish close to pink. Should be cooked and have grill marks. Asked to have well done pieces and was told it’s already set aside for salads can’t do that.
