Went through the drive thu for 3 taco combo and a queadilla, 3 people in line and they tell me at the window to wait at the front. So i wait at the front for 30 min, i knocked on the front door to go in (door's are locked) and then wait an additional 15 min to remind them that i ordered a quesadilla, watch my quesadilla be be picked up and everything falling out forcing it to be remade. This place is somehow getting worse and it sucks, sorry
After sitting in line for almost 30 minutes, when I finally tried to place my order, they informed me that they were out of lettuce! On my last visit, they were out of tostada shells. We love El Pollo Loco, however this is a very poorly managed location.
They only put like little amount of chicken in the chicken bowl. It u used to be soo much better.
