Update: We gave Pollo Loco another try today (September 12, 2025) and i am happy to report that the prior problems were corrected. We ordered our favorite, the Pollo Bowl and it was excellent. Thank you we will be back. --------- We have been patrons of this Pollo Loco location for years. We usually buy the Original Pollo Bowl Combo. These businesses, and all these other franchisers can lower the prices if they want to they just don’t want to know until they start selling less
Fine location. Usual good food. You have to ask for a fork and salsa. They don’t have those out in the lobby
The food was delicious. I asked to get a TNT taste of the cheese that goes in the burrito and one of the employees wanted to charge me. I didn't want a full side of it, just a taste to see if that was what was the making it spicy. I tried to teach some about good customer service and that I didn't need to be charged for just a smidge. Hopefully their manager teaches them.
