Whoever works the mic has horrible customer service. Poor timing and listening skills and speaking skills just rude. It’s why you’re not as busy as Panda Express
When I walked in there were several people standing around. Through the crowd I could see that a kisok to place my order. The screens were pretty user friendly, however wasn't able to see a way to special order anything. Once done, I sat and waited. It would be nice to have your cup to fill up as you wait for your food. Additionally, the salsa bar is closed. So you need to verbally tell the employee what type of salsa you wanted and how many.
