Smh this place is starting to give me never again vibes! Like what is this?! Who would serve this ?! It's burnt as hell, no green salsa included and it was 16 bucks for 3 tacos we can't eat smh definitely requesting a refund tomorrow bc yea ion nothing else from here !
My husband and I enjoyed an amazing meal for free with a purchase of a drink. Which was a 2pc grill chicken and two sudes for free. For the both of our meals and drinks together came out to be under $8. It was beyond worth it. We will be back again it was our first time and it was beyond what I thought it was going to be.
Very disappointing experience at El Pollo Loco. The chicken in my bowl was extremely dry, and I found three pieces of bone in it, one of them was hard enough that I almost broke my tooth. The cilantro in my child’s taco was also clearly old and had turned black. The food quality was simply not acceptable, especially when serving children. I expected much better and will not be returning.
