I have been there on several occasions and each time there was an issue. The atmosphere is very dead, most of the tables were dirty my family had to clean the one we sat at. There were kids working that were in the back messing around 2 girls one boy. I ordered the shrimp bowl with no veggies & was literally given every topping that it came with.
