Not great, not horrible but middle of the road in all metrics.
This is the worst El Pollo Loco location I have ever been to. Service was just bad and I had to repeat my order multiple times and they still got it wrong (came around 9:30 pm). I ordered a chicken chipotle burrito and it was actually so disgusting I couldn't finish it. Food tasted old or maybe even expired. I would NOT suggest this location at all, avoid it if you can.
