Highly recommended El Polo Loco location in Hurst Texas near Fort Worth, definitely worth stopping in. We got the chicken avocado taco (my wife says it had too much chicken and needed beans, but I loved them), guac and chips, and flan.
Been here a couple times and every-time it is beyond my expectations! This particular time Mando helped us out and he was lovely. Very respectful and friendly. If you’re looking for a good dinner place this is the place to go!
Omg this sucked! I order food from here on the app. Food is done but i get my drinks and no ice. So your telling me your serving hot drinks lol with no ice! Foolish i say. This is bad yall i never had a room temp drink or Horchata! Had to stop next door at McDonalds to buy cups with ice! Do better Pollo Loco! Now lets hear the excuse! It always works like that! Why not go buy ice or bags and place them in the freezer and load the machines. Sucked for my first time here
