Good food but horrible customer service.
Really feel bad for the young man that was working tonight he seemed to be running the whole store by himself while the older Hispanic gentleman was on his phone the whole time not helping. Wait time was a little long but that’s clearly because one person is doing all the jobs up there. At least my food was fresh. To the young man busting his butt great job and I hope they get you some help.
One of the best Pollo Locos I have been too!! Food was fresh and staff was super welcoming and friendly ☺️
