Food and service is always good
The food is poor—dry and lacking in juiciness—which is absolutely terrible. Furthermore, you will be forced to wait for 40 minutes. I have given this establishment a low rating due to the cashier's unprofessionalism and poor attitude; I will not be returning to make a purchase again. Went in around 9 pm greeted with love and I’ll definitely be back
Ordered a family meal for Easter Brunch. It was the first time for 4 of us to try El Pollo Loco. We were all shocked how savory and juicy the chicken was!! The Mac n cheese is super creamy and felt like a comfort food. The corn was better than other Mexican food drive thrus. Nothing special about the Charro beans - they were good but not above par. There has been a significant improvement in both service and quality, along with the stability of official prices. I had previously given a bad rating, but since things have changed for the better, I felt it necessary to update my review to reflect this improvement. Furthermore, there is a new and highly professional staff. I was truly surprised by their precision and speed—everything was ready within just three minutes.
