No point in ordering ahead/mobile orders. Associates/leads won’t greet or acknowledge you, so try to get their attention whenever you can. Hope this helps!
I hate being a karen... but I was the only one in line around 5pm. They forgot my side... chicken tasted burnt. The only thing I enjoyed was the Dr. Pepper.. what a waste of 13$!
The last two times we went, both my children became extremely sick after eating to the point where they are throwing up, have diarrhea, a fever… They also miss items from orders often and fail to complete requests of certain ingredients being removed from dishes. Not good at all for people with allergies. Never going back to this place. For a place that’s never busy when I go, they sure make a lot of unnecessary mistakes.
