This is the first time I've ever experienced this. I have always ordered the same way with my food at this location, which is the use of the app and pick up at the drive thru. I drove to the window and was INFORMED by Veronica (cashier on this day) to come inside. For what, nothing. I asked a worker reason, he said he didnt know why and you know what, disappointing. I've always liked this El pollo loco, never had an issue but I guess it'll be added to my list to never return. Thanks alot.
Bad customer service i went 2 times they never have chicken🤷♀️so what they sell if they never have chicken .So I went with my coupon and they said we don't have leg and thigh we only have mix so give me mix she said I can't so im like well its not my problem. That you don't have chicken never going back I'll prefer and go to popeyes
There is hair in my food
5 years coming here. They never have chicken ready. Always wait like 25 minutes.
