MY HUSBAND AND I EAT AT EL POLO LOCO AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK, LOVE THE FOOD. 9-11-2016 WENT AND ORDERD CHICKEN TENDERS AND CHICKEN TOSTADO. WAITED 25 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD. MY CHICKEN & FRIES STAYED ON THE COUNTER UNTIL MY HUSBAND TOOK IT OF THE COUNTER. ALL OF IT WAS COLD.STIL WAITING FOR THE REST OF OUR FOOD. HAD TO ASK FOR A FORK.
