Tables could be cleaned out better 😕
Lady that works the drive thru window on October 10 at 10:30pm is incredibly rude
Customer service is terrible. They ignore you until you say something. They dont want to help you at the cash register. Tell you to use the kiosk. They dont have good retention of employees either. Food is good though. I've always liked Pollo Loco and will go to other ones. Do not recommend La Quinta one.
