This has tonbe the worst managed Pollo loco ever. 2 times in 1 week, I came to order through drive thru, and they ran out of chicken, then I was stuck in the drive thru line for 10 minutes just trying to get out. Smh. Update, came in 2024 , and nothing has changed, they didn't have rice and salsa fresco. Smh lol
Food: Alway a great healthy alternative to other fast food. Chicken, beans, salad, tortillas. Location knows how to cook. Service: Kim was friendly and her Service was accurate. Place was also clean and plenty of seating. It's a excellent location.
