Terrible customer service. I ordered my food at the kiosk; they prepared it but never notified me when it was ready—I had to get up and ask at the counter. Consequently, I had to eat it cold and tasteless. The staff isn't friendly at all; they seem to lack experience in dealing with customers. I’ve been to other Pollo Loco locations, but I think this is the worst one of all. It’s a shame I can’t give fewer stars.
Walk inside the restaurant waited like 10 minutes, this guy and a girl came from behind the counter just to tell me that it was close. There were more people waiting for someone to take their order. This happened on a Sunday at 5:30. Very bad business, whoever is managing this place is doing it all wrong.

So your website says business hours are until 930pm. Get there at 915 pm at the drive thru and its close? Why not just close at 9pm all together so customer dont waste their time and gas.
