I saw a commercial on tv one night a couple of weeks ago. The person made me veryexcited to want to go there expecting tofind something different than the regular chicken eatery. I found out the prices are NO different, the chicken no different except how its kept warmed and cooked. The chicken was very DRY. The portion of side was not good to me. I got the burrito and it had no chicken, sour cream, chipotle sauce, or guacamole — it only had rice. My wife got the soft taco and it was completely soggy. I highly recommend avoiding this location. Very disappointing experience.
Service has dropped since first opening. My roommate got the grande avocado chicken bowl. No avocado, or corn that they usually put in it. I had a burrito. The burrito not only had a chicken bone in it, but a cut piece of plastic bag in it as well. Lost my appetite! Absolutely disgusting!!! This was also after a 20 minute wait for take out. There was at least 15-20 people working behind the counter.
First time customer and I’m very disappointed. Food is pretty basic you get what you pay for. I was mainly disappointed because they forgot my side sauces. I ordered the fire grilled chicken,beans,rice,chips and salsa. I was under the impression it comes with free guac.I guess they don’t do that anymore because I didn’t receive it.They also didn’t give me the salsa I ordered. The fire grilled chicken was decent. May 2026 Food was good but chips were stale, yuck
