Is just another Pollo Loco franchise. I was surprised when I didn’t see any more chips and salsas bar, since when? The chicken pieces were very small and smell weird… I have to admit the place is very clean
I came to dine here today and the place was not only fithy with chips, chicken bones and skins, crumbled napkins all over the table and floor; but, they were also spraying for ants. Then to make matters worse, one of the employees had the audacity to charge me for a missing item they forgot to include in my salad. Instead of admitting fault, she chose to ARGUE the matter instead of fixing it. This place is usually hit or miss. I'm not sure what happened today, but, it was a definitely a miss.
Ordene medio pollo y arroz , senti que el arroz no tenía sabor y las tortillas sería mejor que fueran de maiz no procesadas, la persona que me atendio muy amable me ofrecio varias opciones pero nunca me explico que cada cambio del combo seria extra
