Got a piece of chicken that looks dry and basically the bone with no chicken on it.
People in hospitality should really come to the realization that someone someone's meal and providing a best to sleep on are SACRED. If you can't provide these services with a smile you shouldn't be serving food in a restaurant. This location is fine if you're picking up your food to go. God forbid you require some kind of interaction with the cashier. The gal that "helped' me was too young to be so unpleasant and downright bitter. A smile while taking an order has never killed anybody.
Went to pick up in the lobby around 9:25 and the manager told me the lobby was closed and that I needed to go through the drive through window. I said for a pick up? He said yes. Hours were showing open until 10pm.
Love el Pollo chicken. Marinated in Citrus juices and spice. The only place where I eat the chicken skin. I love to eat it simple chicken in tortillas with sauce. Beans and corn also great.
