Reliable and great deals! Food is always on point and employees are very serviceable. Only complaint is that I wish the Horchata machine wasn't out of order!
NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE- I strongly suggest that you DO NOT GO TO EL POLLO LOCO IN LOS OSOS, SAN LUIS OBISPO AREA & PASO ROBLES AREA. I had a very very bad experience with the managers. They do not follow through and keep their promises. The main manager escalated matters when I complained about an order that I was not happy with & it was clear that the beans were old and not fresh , and he did not honor what a previous manager promised as a remedy for a situation that took place in the past.
