I came into this El pollo loco and I was unfortunately waiting for a whole 25 minutes to recieve my order. The food was cold and there were also other customers who waited long too and were offered something free however I wasn't offered anything. I wouldn't recommend this El pollo loco to anyone if your craving El pollo loco go to a different location otherwise your wasting your time.
There was a smell coming from drain system as you entered restaurant
This polllo loco opens at 10 am. Another customer was there at 10 when i arrived and was treated bad from the manager who opened the door. They opened the door at 10:06 and apparently wasn’t happy about the customer knocking. She only ordered 2 tacos and they took 15 minutes to give them to her and I received my order 35 minutes later. The drive thru seems their priority.
