Dirty, dirty, dirty. The chicken was dry and over cooked, the beans dry. Nasty! The staff was friendly. They need to clean the restroom and wipe the tables. NEVER HAVE I'VE SEEN A POLLO LOCO LIKE THIS ONE!!!!! Bad experience.
Got an original chicken bowl and received absolutely no chicken. I did not ask for a vegan bowl.
Everything was wonderful food was excellent service excellent girl with pink hair was super sweet and helpful but I hate the fact the us women have to use a all sex restroom 🚻 we need a woman’s restroom this is so uncomfortable for us ladies
