Luis provided outstanding customer service during my visit to El Pollo Loco! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and had such a positive attitude. I left with a smile thanks to his kindness and attention to detail. My food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was hoping for. I work in the area and will definitely be coming back because of the great experience Luis provided. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!
Clean good service food is good
the mac n cheese is basically salt water with the softest noodles ive ever had. somehow worse than KFC lol. like old school cafeteria Mac! Ordered the Salsa Roja (Fiery) for a Classic Chicken Burrito, Chicken Taco al Carbon, and Shredded Chicken Crunchy Taco . I recieved zero Salsa Roja (Fiery) , but got Pico de gallo and the salsa Verde instead, and those are basically inedible to me. which made every single Mexican item really bland and not spicy at all. the Pollo Loco Sauce™ is great, but I didnt get any grilled chicken. ... read more
