Went to get dinner on 03/07/26 and cashier Idania was extremely rude! I ordered an 8p family meal and she asked if it was for here or to go. We said it was for here but when we got our order there was no plates or utensils added when we mentioned it was for here… She gave us the wrong salsas as well it just made the whole experience terrible. I work in this plaza. I go here for lunch all the time I don’t have to go anywhere else. This restaurant has the nicest staff and their food by far is better than any El Pollo Loco in the area - Thank you
