Always a great experience at El Pollo Loco, but I have to give a special shoutout to Vannesa Whenever she’s there, you already know the food is going to be on point no doubt about it. Everything comes out fresh, hot, and exactly how it should be every single time You can tell she takes pride in what she does and it shows in the quality and consistency. Honestly, she deserves a raise or a promotion If Vannesa is working, you’re getting a 1000% great meal every time
I visited this location on Friday, between 5-6 pm. I asked for a 3 piece combo. The cashier that took my order had me waiting extremely long in line. He did not greet me and was rude from the beginning. To conclude he needs a lot more training before being let alone to take orders. He was clearly confused and did not know what to do.
