5 🌟 experience without a doubt. I frequently visit this location and I must say the staff is always friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean. The food is always good. They consistently do a great job and it's worth stopping at this location as you will surely enjoy the experience.
I love Pollo Loco and have been enjoying it for years. Unfortunately this location really skimps out on the chicken for bowls/salads and it’s very frustrating. I’ve had to mention it when I ordered again and that was the only time I was given a decent portion of chicken. The following visit I didn’t mention anything and it was back to the very small amount of meat.
