I was supper hungry cause I hadn’t ate anything since the morning due to personal reasons. I was craving a double chicken tostada from my local Pollo Loco. Since I live 5-7 minutes walking distance I decided to walk to pick up my order. When I get home I was upset because double chicken, where? And where’s the avocado? Disappointed!!
En la comida y en la atmosphere 5 Estrellas y 2 estrellas en El servicio por drive thru, muy Mal servicio y aparte groseros ,les pides una comida y te dan lo que quieren y SE enojan cuando les dices lo que pediste , que porque SE lo tenias que decir antes,, cuando ya SE los dijistes cuando pediste , no ponen atencion o yo no SE que les pasa a los del drive thru ,,,
They won’t honor my military discount and they were so rude in denying it claiming that it’s not possible although every pollo loco I go I get the discount ps I have my valid military id with me The manager name was Delilah
