The guy waiting on the counter to me was talking so fast that I didn't understand the order I would appreciate it if you would talk slower so that I can understand what I'm ordering

I will never go to El Pollo Loco again this is like the third time I've tried to give it a chance again because the food is delicious but the people there are just completely rude and disrespectful it's not even worth going and dealing with the people and the attitudes I don't think that they should be working if they're going to have an attitude with people Every time I go there There is no chicken There's always an excuse that they're out of chicken places good food with the people just suck
