Arrived at 10am, ordered pretty fast, but when I got to the window was asked to please wait for the drive thru cashier to open her register. After about 5 minutes, gave my payment and the next 15 minutes waited for my food. I did not get checked on, or said sorry for the wait during waiting, and when I asked for a complimentary creamy cilantro she said no, that she did not want to jeopardize her job for it. Pollo Loco me ha decepcionado, compre 3 cheese chicken burritos Y mal nada de Pollo es solamente arroz no trae nada de pollo terrible desde hoy perdieron una clienta, por que llame y la respuesta fue que era chicken tinga pollo que por eso no se miraba. Pero terrible no recomendo gastar 15 dolares con para un tortilla de arroz
