I haven’t had El Pollo Loco in forever because the chain is not in the region of the country where I live. I can honestly say that the price change was quite surprising. I usually get the chicken but opted for the Sslsa Verde Chicken Quesadilla and it was pretty good. The customer service was mid but it was through a drive thru.
