My husband and I recently moved to West Valley City. We love the tacos at El Pollo Loco and were excited to be so close to this location. The food is tasty but I am not a fan of going inside and being ignored because all the attention is given to the drive-thru customers. This has happened twice now. It also frustrates us to be number 274 and to wait for 30 minutes for a couple tacos and see people who came in after us numbers 278 and 279 get their food before us.
