This restaurant is either understaffed or mismanaged. I waited over 5 minutes at the register until an employee finally attended me. She was also taking orders at the drive though, prepping food and other duties. How can you expect one employee to handle all of those duties appropriately. I prefer to use the app to order but I had a coupon and they can't be applied for use on the EPL app. I would avoid this restaurant during busy hours because you will be in for a wait. I did an order in the El Pollo app and I went inside to pick it up. My first time insude this location, the staff here was awesome. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes. The young man Luis is the best! He got my order together expeditiously!
Who ever owns this el pollo loco. Please look into why your crunchy tacos are always unavailable. I have been there different times of day and I get the same answer no crunchy tacos available. What’s going on here. Seems like a bunch of kids work here. Don’t waist your time going to this el pollo loco.
