I had an absolutely terrible experience at this El Pollo Loco location. On the day of my visit, I specifically chose to stop here because the drive-thru line was empty and I wanted a quick in-and-out experience. I arrived around 3:10 PM and placed a simple order for one crunchy taco and a Vitamin Water. I was the only car in line, so I expected my order to be handled quickly. Saturday 10.5.2025, I visited the store around 7pm. We ordered the 2 piece with 2 sides. The chicken was very dry and fie the first time the coleslaw was not good. I ordered 2 of the same, it cost $22.00. This visit gets down.
The drive thru for this location always takes a really long time.
