If you’re looking for the great place with a great customer service, this is the El Pollo Loco you want to be the food is always fresh and made to the order. The staff are nice and friendly and the store is very clean. I’m the regular customer and I appreciate everything you guys do.
I grew up eating El Pollo Loco so I did not complain when the prices went up nor when they started having the tiniest salsa cups. But the service we got today was awful enough to where I may not go back. Mom and I went through drive thru, and we wanted separate orders but they said they dont allow that...okay, fine.
