Love coming to this El Pollo Loco. The staff is always attentive and makes it feel like such a family-oriented place. Everything is always clean, the food comes out warm and super yummy, and the service is consistently great. Lydia is my favorite person here. She’s always welcoming and always has a smile on her face. She really makes you feel comfortable and appreciated every time you come in. I literally live across town and pass another El Pollo Loco just to come to this location, and it’s always worth it.
I've been coming to this place more than a decade and its always been ok the food is juicy & tender but twice including last Sunday, the chicken is so dry and looks old; nevertheless I already had paid for it and I'm hungry so I just ate it. No more third time!
Long line in drive thru moved fast. Order ready at window. Quality food and customer service was friendly and polite.
