Always fresh cooked chicken seasoned well
You can see the chicken roasting when you walk in. The counter staff greet you and help you with the menu. The food fresh and cooked. The level of spice on the food is your choice.
Where we live there isn't an el pollo loco but we see commercials for them all the time so when we came to visit we were excited to finally get to try one. The food was pretty tasty but to much salt for me. The music was way to loud, couldn't carry on a conversation. Overall probably would not come again.
