The older Asian lady that is the manager is very rude and unprofessional. She clearly hates her job and doesn’t care to hide it. We ordered pickup through Uber eats, got the notification that our order was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I told her I was there for pickup and she looked annoyed and asked what the name was on the order. My tea tasted like water and I couldn't get anyone to answer to report it.
They are spotty and inconsistent depending on the crew working during that shift. Some times are decent, while others have no customer service skills. Long delays, horrible food quality, and other issues are a problem at this location.
