First and last time coming here. I normally wouldn’t leave a review, but the way our dine-in experience ended was disappointing. I didn’t get her name, but an older lady wearing a headset (I’m assuming she works the drive-thru) walked by our table. My husband politely asked for a lid to go, and instead of responding, she held up her finger as if telling him to be quiet and continued walking away without saying a word. I ordered my meal at the same time as my friend and we ordered the same thing.She got her meal and 30 minutes later I got mine. Workers need more training they were all standing around and looked lost and deleted my order from the screen. Had to go ask twice about my order it took them 30 mint just to give a simple burrito.
Zoey from Unit # 3782 is an invaluable employee and deserves not only recognition but a substantial adjustment to her pay. She was AMAZING today and she really makes this restaurant perform. When you visit, ask for her, and thank her for making this place amazing.
