The first time the food was good and I just ordered an avocado bowl today for lunch around 2pm and the chicken seemed microwaved and not fresh. Currently suffering stomach issues too after eating the food from here 😖 don’t recommend
Love love Pollo Loco! I come here pretty often. The chicken taste fresh and the sides are tasty. The service is always great and I have the coupons on the app so they come in handy. As long as they continue making the chicken tasty I'll keep coming!
I just came by almost at closing time. I was served by Diana who was very friendly despite it being late night. They were very short staffed. She both took my order and prepared it. Please make sure her paycheck reflects the excellent customer service she provides.
First time here, I recommend the chicken plates. Chicken is well season, cooked on the grill. In addition a variety of sides. I recommend the 2 piece Chicken which includes 2 sides. I will come back.
