Stopped by El Pollo Loco on a whim, and I’ve got to admit… they came through. The tacos were fire — crisp shells, plenty of filling, and actually seasoned right (rare for fast food). There was a tiny hiccup with my order, but the staff handled it smoothly without any drama, which honestly says a lot. I walked away with what I wanted, plus a reminder that some places still know how to keep customers happy without making it a production. Solid experience overall. Food hit, service chill. I’ll be back.
