I am a long customer of El Pollo Loco! I visit these restaurants several times a month around Los Angeles. But, I have to complain about the customer service is received on this particular El Pollo Loco, I usually use my app to order ahead, however, I eat inside. I informed "Aldren or Aldrin" that it was going to be for eating here! With a miserable look on his face he went ahead and began preparing my order on a tray.
