So it's good food, but my first time inside. (We usually just use the drive thru) There was no one working the counter. I had to order my family's meal on a computer. They don't have people taking the order. The prices are going up and you are cutting jobs, that's pretty mean. Cutting jobs to fire humans and replacing them with computers and still raising the price is just greed in full force I feel.
I come here a lot never consistent very bad service
I ordered drive thru a classic chicken tostada and regular chips and guacamole. There is no chicken to be found in my tostada. Not the first time they screw up my order either. Worst pollo loco location. Dont go there.
