I ordered a 16 piece meal mixed, and it was $50 and when I drove up to the drive-through to pay, it’s 10% off for seniors, and on my receipt it only said a dollar so I asked her the cashier why only dollar and she said that’s what the cash register told me to give you. Convenient location, friendly employees, good food. This location was busy, but still the employees should be checking on the dining room for cleaning. This seemed to be a corporate location because the prices were not as high as other El Pollo Loco franchise locations.

Can't take multiple orders at the time? It was only 2 items. No line at the drive thru. Inside had more customers. Again not busy. Wasting my lunch to reverse and get off. The gentleman Eddie in the front was working his butt off though. The manger with platinum hair was there and was wearing a headset so she is aware. She was to "busy" bagging chips. Don't be nice to me once you saw it was I with 2 orders.
