The customer service is the most discussing I have in all the restaurants (Pollo Loco) I went before. I asked the lady to help me with a bar code in the machine and she answered " If you have problem with the app is your problem, is your app" I answered back "It's not my app, It's the app for the company you work and I requested help" She turn around and go. At this time it's not only me ,was 3 more customers disappointed with the service. I don't gave a 0 star in service because you don't have.
