I went to this Pollo Loco location and terrible customer service. The employs name is Brenda I believe. She had such a rude attitude when I asked her to substitute broccoli with rice. She rolled her eyes and said "we normally don't do that". I've gotten that swapped without a problem at other locations. For sure not returning to this location.
