I made a family order and these are all the chips they gave me as if I had ordered two legs, they didn't give me plates or cutlery or anything, nor the drink, I called El pollo loco and the person who helped me didn't have many solutions to give me, I sent the dasher to check for the drink and he said they came out angry, what a bad experience not in vain they have 3 stars!
Luz, the so called assistant manager at Copper Hill Valencia branch, was rude. When she approached me to take my order, her opening remark was harsh "Yes?" She needs proper customer service training! Made me wonder how she ever became an Assist Manager. The large coleslaw didn't taste fresh, tasted like 1 more day to getting spoiled!
