Luz, the so called assistant manager, was rude. When she approached me to take my order, her opening remark was harsh "Yes?" She needs proper customer service training! Made me wonder how she ever became an Assist Manager. The large coleslaw didn't taste fresh, tasted like 1 more day to getting spoiled!
My order was handled very poorly. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place, and they still didn't give me what I asked for. I paid extra for my order, but they gave me the wrong items—and less than what I actually paid for. This isn't the first time they've done this to me; for that reason, I do not recommend this place. They have already stolen my money twice.
The food is always great It's fresh it's made to order, it's about the healthiest drive-through chain you are going to find. The service is great. They know that they change the menu all the time and that it takes you a second to realize there are too many options and you finally figure out what you want after two cars are waiting behind you.
