Bad services i ask for salsas and she told me we don't have any salsa
Ive been going to this one regularly for the past 7 years and the service and food quality has steadily gone down hill. The servers dont care to be there and the food quality is bare minimum. For fast food being priced as high as el Pollo sells it for you would expect at least above average fast food and its not. Ive been here before several times and there is no chicken.....NO Chicken ?? This place needs an immediate inspection. Mold and mildew along the sofa machine. The tables and floors are always dirty. Tables and counter tops are sticky. The staff always has an attitude even when I ask for something politely. I will not come back to this location. If I was the manager, I would have someone clean the lobby immediately!!!
