Last year it was great , then one day it wasn't.. I keep trying to see if it has changed since I live nearby but unfortunately as of Jan 10 26 it's not so good .. I never knew bell peppers and white cheese go in a taco salad .Taco b just down the road guess we have to make the extra miles .. sorry loco pollo . Where did the cook go ?
Nos encanta la comida, estuvo excelente y nuestra camarera merly simplemente fue fenomenal, fue nuestra primera vez en este lugar.
We were sat and waited about 15 minutes or longer before our server came and he asked if we were ready to order without asking for our drinks first. After the food came, they didnt check on us again. I had to go to the front and wait until the server was off the phone to ask for refills for drinks. The next time we saw him, he gave us our checks. The checks had a "Hospitality Fee" and an 18% gratuity already added to them. The food was bland and the beans tasted bad.
I think its a little ridiculous that I paid 6 dollars for a cheese dip and got a half bag of chips so when I asked for more to eat with my salsa and 6 dollar cheese dip I had to pay for more. Be for real and do better. I said this is all I get is a half bag of chips for my salsa and cheese dip , they said yes, you can buy more. Ridiculous. And my cheese dip came in a little small container used for extra sides and not even full. And get all way back to hotel and np cutlery. DO BETTER!
