The Riverside plaza has the best El Pollo loco that location has the best employees they are so cool they get your order to you fast even if it's crowded always nice and clean inside out they make you feel loved when you go there
Chicken was cooked perfectly this visit
Employees were very unprofessional and rude! They don't even acknowledge the customers when waiting. Everyone in the front and back kitchen have nasty attitudes and give out dirty looks.
