The El Pollo Loco, at Riverside plaza is clean, food taste good and staffs are great. I prefer to buy from this location.
Always my double chicken avocado salad
My first time going there, the customer service was very good. They were very respectful very clean no flies. The customers were very respectful. The bathrooms are clean. All the coworkers have smiles on their face, and the lady that helped me was Jamie. She was really sweet. she made my day.
I hate the self-service kiosk. You can't read the screen very well if you have tinted corrective lenses. I walked out recently because nobody would offer to help Us.
